Victoria L. Carter
Victoria (Vicki) L. Carter is a native Abilenean, and the senior attorney of the Carter Law Office. She provides legal counseling from a woman's perspective and brings with her experience as a mother, teacher, real estate agent, chemist, and her training at medical school. She is an active civic leader in Abilene, serving on the teen court, doing pro bono work in criminal and civil areas in the Abilene area, and volunteering for West Texas Legal Services.
Professionally, she is a member of the State Bar of Texas, a section member of the Texas Family Law and Probate sections, a member of the Abilene Bar Association, a member of the Abilene Business and Estate Planning Council, member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association.
