Victoria Lea Carter has been a member of the State Bar of Texas for the last 25 years. She is also a member of The Texas Bar College, Abilene Bar Association and The Texas Criminal defense Lawyers Association Born and raised in Abilene, Texas she graduated with a degree in chemistry and biology, went to medical school, to Texas Tech School of Law, and settled back to Abilene, her hometown to establish her own law firm where she has focused on family law, Personal injury, civil litigation, criminal law, estate planning and probate.
